- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have home owners insurance with them. We've never had a claim until this summer for wind damage to our roof. Their communication was horrible. Never called us or return phone calls. The adjuster gave a very low estimate that was unrealistic . The roofer we hired says he always had trouble with this adjuster and this company . My bank at the time recommended this company and u am very disappointed. After 4 years with no claims, we filed the roof claim and then we just received a letter that they are not renewing our policy because we are "high risk". So apparently we aren't supposed to ever make a claim or they drop you. Horrible company, terrible website, and very hard to communicate with.
